Come and do a little ‘indoor gardening’ and create yourself a bloom that will last and last. This is a curvy challenge for those with a bit of patchwork experience.
This is a block made from a traditional quilt block; the drunkard’s path. The block we’ll create can stand alone as a cushion cover or if you really enjoy making them you can join 2 or 3 for a table runner or bed runner. If you really find you’ve got a green thumb for these curvy blocks you can join 9 for a great throw size quilt…you get the picture.
You can choose from small or large templates on the day depending on the size you would like your finished block to be. You will need 5 fat quarters; centre, blossom, shadow of blossom, leaves and background. Have a look at my Drunkard’s Path Pinterest Board for some inspiration.
