FAQ – Ordering Online from Us

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible and do our best to send them out either on the same day or next working day. (Please note we are closed on Sundays and Mondays) Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class (UK) or Hermes delivery. Please expect a 2-4 day delivery from the time you placed your order. We charge postage on all goods except on gift vouchers and workshops.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

No, we do not currently accept international orders.

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

It is rare but sometimes parcels get ‘lost’ in the mailing system. If you think your parcel may be lost then please contact us. We can then advise you on what to do. If an order is deemed to be lost then we will send you out a replacement order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

If an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise you on when it is due in or offer you a substitute. If we are unable to fulfil your order you will be refunded.

ARE MY CARD DETAILS SAFE ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Absolutely yes. All card details are taken through Paypal which has stringent security measures in place and is fully PCI compliant.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HAPPY WITH MY ORDER WHEN IT ARRIVES?

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item for a full refund as long as it is in it’s original packaging. Unravelled jelly rolls, layer cakes or charms can not be returned unless faulty. Return postage will be refunded if it is returned within 14 days.
